I have recently been diagnosed with an Aortic Aneurysm of 4.6cm. Is there anyone in the same situation on here? Obviously Avoiding big BP spikes while training is paramount for me, so certain types of training I can no longer do

It is very important , I cannot overemphasize that you strive for blood pressure of Under 120 over 80. No saturated fats, plenty of fruits and vegetables. No Steak or Burgers!
