Hi, would anyone know why I had this dip in my ECG today? It wasn’t makes with an ‘o’ underneath so I’m not sure what it means. I was in the gym at the time. Many thanks

Very likely nothing but noise. Looks like your connection is generally very noisy – lots of baseline instability. Consider cleaning the strap, using conductive gel, and perhaps tightening the strap a bit.
