Hi,
Does anyone know how often Frontier refreshes the breathing rate information? Given change patterns, I I assume every 60 seconds.

Hi just looking at my heart rate data in RF after a bicycle ride and see I have vertical red lines throughout. What does this signify? Thanks

The Frontier X2 allows you to pre-set alerts for metrics. The red vertical line represents the time at which you crossed the pre-set Heart Rate limit. For more information on setting these alerts, please visit the link below:

I am somewhat confused by Heart Rate Variation HRV. On your description you say “the higher the better” however I would think that a high HRV suggests that an irregular heart beat thus meaning arrythmia. Overall the right place to wear the device is at the bottom of your sternum, placing the device in the middle of the chest. For women, placing it under or below the sports bra strap would be good.
