Dr Lachant is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Assistant Professor within the Department of Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care at the University of Rochester. Primarily treating patients with pulmonary hypertension, heart failure, and pulmonary embolus (blood clots in the lung), Dr Lachant’s goal is to improve and provide access to care for patients with pulmonary vascular disease across New York and central Pennsylvania. Dr McCormack is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist working in the Pulmonary Hypertension Unit at Mater Hospital, Dublin. She is also an Assistant Professor at the School of Health and Human Performance, Dublin City University. Her research and clinical work have specialized in the area of physical activity & exercise intervention development and delivery in cardiopulmonary diseases, with a strong focus on health behaviour change.
