Very likely nothing but noise. Looks like your connection is generally very noisy – lots of baseline instability. Consider cleaning the strap, using conductive gel, and perhaps tightening the strap a bit.

  I find that gym movement is worse for ECG. Even wetting the contact areas on the strap & tightening, gym workouts still causes noise. You can check this easily by doing a live ECG.
  I find my cycling ECGS are the best – clean base line & very little noise, so it’s a little disappointing I think.

    The isoelectric baseline (flat portion between the end of the T wave and the onset of the P wave should be flat and quiet – no ‘ripples’. To actually evaluate and illustrate this, you needed to provide a trace within an expanded time scale. Highlight 5-8 beats and post that screenshot.

Likely artifact. This ECG looks fairly noisy. Perhaps look at it on the computer for a clearer image? It doesn’t look concerning regardless. Most concerning rhythms are consistent (a good percentage of a 30 second strip), and really can only be determined with a clear reading.
