I am alway showing Other Rhythm anywhere from 2% to 15%. Very occasionally it shows all Sinus Rhythm . Is this normal?

Count yourself lucky! I struggle to maintain 10% Sinus despite a cocktail of natural remedies, and sometimes I have more orange than blue. But then I am in my seventies. As the heart grows older the more you can expect the heart to struggle.

I’m new to the fourth frontier 2x, when you delete an activity from your phone app does it remain in the desktop/cloud for sharing?

The symptoms you describe would be concerning to me. If I had a repeat episode, I would ride to a fire station and ask them to do an ECG with their equipment. It’s medically approved and comes with a trained person to interpret the results. I would still have the choice to accept treatment or transport, after hearing their recommendation. And c…Read More
