Me too, I’ve been running 50 years and was diagnosed over a year ago and put on a DOAC. I have now stopped this as I was having bleeds and am now taking a cocktail of vitamins, minerals and herbal remedies which I can recommend and thanks my FF monitor am maintain an average of over 99% Sinus rythymn.

Same story here – years of high intensity endurance exercise then diagnosed with AFib .. which because I was very fit and not overweight etc. (low CHADS score) they decided I did not need anticoagulants – 6 months later I had a stroke !!

Had this other day after run first time ever pvcs singles isolatated are normal have them on and off but nsvt causes ? I had a normal 12 lead ecg so what should I do

Since COVID I feel the most broken I have ever been. After years of conditioning and getting myself in shape competing in 70.3 and 140.6 triathlons.
My blood pressure is irregular so goes between hypertension and normal in the same day and sometimes same hour.

Record your heart rhythm during rest periods also and send to your doctor to ensure you don’t have Atrial Fib or some other abnormal rhythm.

Good luck! I’m trying to get rid of afib, though moderating the exercise is my pathway. So little research on exercise induced arrhythmias.
