Since COVID I feel the most broken I have ever been. After years of conditioning and getting myself in shape competing in 70.3 and 140.6 triathlons.

My blood pressure is irregular so goes between hypertension and normal in the same day and sometimes same hour.

I have super high heart rate during exercise, but in recovery and more recently also heart rate drops off and then catches up.

    Anyone else had the same?

    • I’m the same. I use omron Evolv to monitor blood pressure the best I can and try to eat a diet that supports it. ill also easily hit up to 200 bpm durig exercsie quickly.

    • Record your heart rhythm during rest periods also and send to your doctor to ensure you don’t have Atrial Fib or some other abnormal rhythm.

      • Yes, doctors need to be interested enough in you to interpret the ECG’s. I had one doctor do it, but now he’s on holiday, been waiting 2 months for comment from any other doctor.
