The symptoms of Long COVID and why monitoring your heart health is important

A mild or moderate COVID-19 infection lasts approximately two weeks in most patients. In others, however, the long-term effects of COVID-19 can cause persistent health issues even after their fever and cough have subsided, and they no longer test positive for the illness. This condition is known as ‘Long COVID’ or ‘Post-COVID-19 Syndrome’ and refers to the long-term effects of COVID-19 infection that can last from weeks to months.

Is there a list for what counts for “other” on the ecg ? I look sometimes and can’t see what is abnormal, possibly just noise but why would it be marked as O ?

  Let me preface this by saying that I am a paramedic and well-versed in reading ECG’s. When they talk about normal morphology, they are meeting that your heart has no electrical abnormalities that would change the conduction routes through the heart.     Interesting I don’t have what you have but I get the 0.25 heart strain on occasion for a minute or so and then it goes back to low again in a jump.

  I just recorded 5 min strip. I had 8 pvcs but it said I was in an other rhythm for 33% of the time.

Please explain the difference between normal rhythm & other rhythm – what do the other rhythm pie chart mean & what does the normal pie chart mean ?

What does “other rhythm” and “noisy rhythm” mean? This is my Ecg in the part when it says “other rhythm”…anyone knows what this is?

    Whilst in the Workout Details page, on the Heart Rate strip, put your mouse to the left of an “O” and drag across and release, the strip zooms in. Move your mouse above an “O” and a black dot appears and the ECG strip above switches to show that 20 second period.
