  • Heart strain metric. No matter how hard I push it never gets more than 0.06. I guess this is a good thing? How about negative values? Sometimes I have reached -0.1. Cheers

  • How do I find my resting heart rate

    • Take a reading of at least 10 minutes, preferably longer while sitting or lying down. You could also simply wear your monitor all night. Your resting heart rate will shift some depending on your current stress levels and health.

  • Feature request. Could the pdf ECG length be extended to more than 3 hours. For example, 9 hours. For both sleep and a long day on the bike.

  • Why can’t I edit the previous activity types? Ie it shows a run when I actually did a triathlon. I try to edit with no success
