Post new cold variant going around my heart rate is sitting lower than normal but showing me a higher max heart strain score on back-to-back super easy rides.

Can I check if I should be. Oncenred with other rhythms on any recoding day or night it’s consent 4-6 %. Is this normal? .

how far can the frontier monitor be from my phone when recording ? I am going to play a hockey game and cannot have my phone on me, too risky to break it

You don’t need it near you at all. It will sync when you reconnect, whenever that is.

I am still totally in the dark when it comes to using this date. I have used a Polar for 30 years. But I can’t decipher what to do with the tracings on Fourth Frontier. Where do we even start?

Probably need to read up on ECGs, but a bit like the Polar or any other previous generation of heart monitor, you don’t have to do anything with the data other than track. Some people like to have training programs based on various heart metrics.
