I had a PFO closure done this week on 1/24/24. So far all is well I’m still in sinus rhythm and healing well.
Does anyone have experience with this in terms of when I can return to full training c high heart rate. I am a triathlete and hoping to race this year.![Profile Photo]()

Hi Mark, I hope you’re healing well, during routine tests I was found to have a PFO but no right side heart strain, I am also a long distance triathlete, how’re you after your operation and are you back training again?

There are known problems in low temperature, wearing merino wool or man made poly base layer. Static causes bad data & noise, so buy yourself some anti static spray ready for the cold!

google flat t wave and look at images. Looking at my ecg it doesn’t seem to be recording just right.
