    • I correlated PVCs to exhaustion and bad air quality. I can control both and rarely have them anymore. You might be different. For air quality, a hepa filter can work.

    • Not sure where your doctors are but Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland is the #1 place in the world for
      your heart. Especially if your current team is scratching their heads. I switched and it’s worth the plane flight once a year. (quad bypass and back to running in my late 60’s)

    • it depends on why you were told not to run. I can’t see any reason for omitting easy endurance runs (<Z2) assuming you have no health issues. weights will ultimately make you faster and as you get into your 50s and beyond they are vital to maintain muscle mass.

    • You can do it! I have, after a heart attack at 46! Blessings.

    • I’m back to running in my late 60’s after quadruple bypass. I did fly to Cleveland (Mecca for Heart issues) and my cardiologist, Dr Singh, is in the Sports cardiology department there. We do tele-med sessions plus an annual onsite. No reason not to run, but do it right. Try books : 80/20 running and Chi Running.
