Looking for thing i can do to increase my able to walk further i am 478 pounds was 503 working on getting it down but need ways to push myself without failing because getting up without injuries is a problem

This may sound strange but its true: the only way toose weight is to breath out the carbon that used to be fat as carbon dioxide. Hello! Is there a way to specify the type of activity, BEFORE, recording or must it always record as Run on…and the type of activity must be changed when completed/stopped? I typically run, sleep, weights, etc and have been changing the ‘type’ of activity afterwards.

Before touching the “start activity” button, go to the top of the screen and change the activity type using the drop down menu.
