When exercising what percentage of other rhythm is good and bad? I can’t find any information around this metric.

Hi,
It’s important to clarify that everyone can have occasional abnormal heartbeats, and they’re often harmless. The percentage of other rhythms that…Read More

Yeah to record all day all you have to do is double press the button on the bottom of your monitor and let it record. Then double press again at the end of the day.

It seems very coarse reviewing it on the phone even for an 8 hour session, it looks like selection of the window view requires tapping on the small window showing the full time and no apparent way to step in small increments.
is it meant primarily for review only on a computer beyond sessions of more than a few minutes?-
The view on the PC is much more useable, reviewing there is a must compared to trying to look at it with the app on the phone.

Dear Friends, My age is 48 years. With self-training I started running. I am currently running at 10.1 KM per hour for 20 minutes and then do brisk walk for 10-15 minutes at 7.5 KM per hour. Is it sufficient for my goal of being fit cardio wise and weight wise? How to increase the duration of my running?

Any activity is progress toward your cardio and weight control (along with diet and rest). So congrats on doing that. As you progress you should be able to increase. But you may want to look at adopting a training plan that can help you get to a specific speed/time goal if that’s what you are looking for. .

I don’t know but sometimes mine looks like that so I’’d like to know! I doubt you’ll get an answer though as I don’t think anyone is actually allowed to venture an opinion about the ecgs. Which isn’t great.
