  • I’ve lost/misplaced two of the usb weatherproof plugs since receiving my frontier 2x in the last 10 days.
    where do I find replacements or better yet what is everyone doing to prevent loss?

    • Hi Pete,
      There’s no need to worry about the rubber plugs. Even without them, your Frontier X2 will still be waterproof and fully functional. You can continue using your device without any concerns.

      • That’s good to know!! I’ve been using electrical tape around the seams and port of my X2 when I go wild swimming. I’ll keep doing that but I can worry less about device damage.

  • I have linked my frontier x2 to my garmin watch. Do I need to still bring my phone out with me on a run to get all relevant data are does my watch upload it to the Frontier app after finishing and saving to watch?

  • I have tried to wear the HRM strap while swimming in the pool, but it does not work for me. Every time i push off the wall the strap moves down, no matter how tight I put it. Any suggestions on how to use it in the pool?
