  • I’m new to this. Is there anyone here that interprets the heart ecgs? Also what web site do I look at on my pc to see the ecgs?

  • Just start using the Frontier X2 for 5 weeks, my HRV typically ranging 30-40, but last 4 days it jumped up to 116, 113, 184 and 181mS. HR is relatively the same, first thing each morning within 30 min of wake up, no abnormal alcohol and stress.

  • Need help understanding heart rhythm.

    I mostly play tennis.
    On the frontier X2 I activate this as aerobics for this workout as it seems the most similar to tennis.
    After the tennis I have a workout with 97% normal rhythm and 3% other.

    Is it normal to have a portion of a workout with an ‘other’ heart rhythm? Is
