Need help understanding heart rhythm.
I mostly play tennis.
On the frontier X2 I activate this as aerobics for this workout as it seems the most similar to tennis.
After the tennis I have a workout with 97% normal rhythm and 3% other. Is it normal to have a portion of a workout with an ‘other’ heart rhythm? Is

Anyone take any supplements that improve X2 readings? i.e: reduce ectopics or improve HRV and/or stress?
A clean diet helps me but there must be some compound that’s doing the work.
If I eat poor quality foods I can have a really bad day!!2 Comments-
For me the ‘main man’ for the supplement way to a healthy heart has got to be magnesium citrate. Then we have turmeric, Co Q10, Vit D and Omega 3. I would not recommend Shilajit as my heart is 90 % Sinus since stopping it.

I have all but Magnesium. I’ve read mixed results but I need to try for myself!. Shilajit seems to boost testosterone in me but nothing so unruly. My faves so far are the mushroom blends (reishi, lions mane, cordyceps etc.) and powdered greens. Pretty much food based things. Thanks for responding 🙂

Please find attached two screenshots from my Frontier strap. I suffer occasional ectopic beats which can be seen in the second photo. But the system highlights the first photo is also flagged an irregular beat. I see this a lot. What is wrong with the trace? Why is it flagged with a dot? Thank you in advance for any help.

Does everyone throw at least a little bit of “other rhythm” at least some of the time? I’m trying to figure out what is normal and what is not normal. Do we have any resources to have somebody explain what this is?

The Frontier X Heart Rhythm feature helps detect any heart rhythm deviations from Normal Sinus Rhythm (the typical rhythm of the heart). Beyond identifying the presence of other rhythms, it also helps you understand the duration, frequency and occasions when these rhythm changes occurred. Please note that Heart Rhythm does not capture all aspects…Read More

I seem to get between 20 and 40% “other rhythm” every time I run. I’m also wondered if this is normal.

Hi Simon,
Any deviations from a normal sinus rhythm are marked as Other rhythm. It is important to clarify that everyone can have occasional abnormal heartbeats, and they’re often harmless. The percentage of other rhythms that may be considered “normal” can vary based on several factors, including the context in which they occur and individual…Read More
