One of my goals is to develop an ECG training program/video that takes training to a higher level above the standard "threshold training" by using the heart's more detailed information as the basis. Once the program is designed, I want to include this in my free videos.

Begin with Saguaro National Park's 8-mile loop and then explore over 175 miles of trails. I am an American-Canadian-Cherokee chasing the natural Runner's High on my favorite trails, shared with you. Also, I will teach some Cherokee words to help preserve the Cherokee Language. Wado! (Cherokee for "Thank you.")
