I’ve been using the Frontier X2 for a few weeks now. Not really interested in the workout statistics at 76yo with a lot of heart damage and diastolic dysfunction. I have a certain level of PVCs and want to track them for sleeping, walking, working, etc. The X2 is very good at identifying arrythmias and the stress level seems to monitor the S-T segment accurately for heart strain. I look at the percent of abnormal 20 second segments and multiply that by an algorithm to estimate the segments with more than 1 abnormal sinus rhythm and factor in the heart rate to get the ASR’s per minute and percentage. I can run down the ECG tape quickly and see what’s going on in that session. I can also see that there are changes to origin and timing depending on the activity, work, and stress level. Nobody has ever caught this on an ECG before with me, but a few days ago I had 4 short VT runs. My only issue is that it’s hugely time consuming to delete the old ECG’s and there is no bulk delete. I don’t need them and they slow things down and they clog up my phone and your servers, so can’t we have a way to check mark and bulk delete them?

Thank you for your response, I have a couple of other suggestions for a future update. The main one is that I would like to do a file download to my phone or Google Drive rather than to my e-mail. It seems to take forever for a file attached to e-mail to get to my inbox in gmail. Also, just caught this scary 1 minute AIVR episode yesterday. I felt it of course, but my strain limit went off repeatedly and strain reached .25. My VT session of 12 days earlier set off my BPM limit as it was 180bpm, but, although this arrythmia looks like VT, it was only clocking 80bpm. I have never had hard data on these very infrequent arrythmia episodes before. I see me cardiologist next week for direction on how we can preserve this 76yo heart.

Thank you for sharing your detailed observations about using the Frontier X2. It’s fantastic to hear how the device is making a positive impact in your life by providing easily accessible and accurate data to monitor your heart health. Your approach to tracking PVCs and analyzing abnormal segments is very impressive, and we’re glad the X2 has helped identify events that traditional ECGs may have missed.
Regarding your point about bulk deleting activities, We have taken it as a valuable point for future updates. While we don’t currently recommend deleting activities—since they don’t take up much space in our cloud storage—We wanted to clarify that recordings are stored directly in the cloud and do not use your phone’s memory.
If you still wish to delete your data, the activities will need to be removed individually for now. We really appreciate you sharing your insights—they help us improve the experience for all users.
Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback!
