Thank you all for the overwhelming support and feedback for the recent Frontier Heart Seminar. We had over 100 questions over the course of the seminar, and could only address a few due to time limitations. Over the course of the next couple of weeks, we hope to address all the questions on this forum after consulting our panel of experts.

  Question: I had a heart attack last Nov 2020. I have been using the Frontier X for 6 months now. My rehab is going well and fitness-wise my workouts are back to 80%. However, the LVEF as tested last month during stress echo remains at 35%. Any suggestions on elevating the workouts considering the LVEF %?
