feeling HappyMonday am walk with the puppies. 84 degrees feels hot & sweaty. Cut walk short, puppies had enough. Need to do 20 minutes longer next time. No issues with heart or breathing. Feel good.

Went gym to do weights on cable machine and for 1.9% “other”….ECG graph shows 3 marks one near start and two closer together towards end. I felt the last part … Any more experienced x2 users want to see the data?
