I had ablation for paroxysmal AF in November 2022. My cardiologist recommended 6 weeks of anticoagulant and 3 months of Beta Blocker which I’m tapering off now. So far no episodes of AF since the ablation but it’s early days. FF certainly very useful in monitoring my exercise as this was one of the triggers.

I graduated yesterday from Phase 2 cardiac rehab and have been working out at a gym to regain my stamina and get my heart in better shape after quadruple CABG surgery on 8/2/2022.

If tracking “other” rhythm, what parameters should one be looking for? Assuming 100% normal rhythm is optimal but if “other” is present what patterns should one look for.
