Is there a way to choose when to use the GPS tracker for a workout? For example, I don’t like having it on when I’m just doing home workouts, but I’d like the flexibility to be able to turn it on for a run.

I am concerned why there are excessive events flagged as O in my ECG reports. What could cause this? I see nothing wrong in the ECG report. The rhythm is NSR but yet it is flagged.

First things first. You have an unstable isoelectric baseline which indicates a poor connection. Clean the strap with isopropyl alcohol and use a conductive gel such as Spectragel 360. Recordings should improve dramatically.
