How is one’s training load calculated?

I have a question that was posed to me by my cardiologist. What is considered Other Rhythm? I understand that it is a non sinus rhythm, but I assume there are certain deviations from the standardize EKG graphing waveform that are permitted. Certain waveforms are obviously not sinus waveforms.
This may not be an easy question to answer.

Will there ever be an update to standardize the graphing to that which Cardiologists know an understand?
Also so the print outs aren’t so tiny that it’s almost impossible to read or with printing even in landscape.

Lately I have been getting some % of noise in the heart Rhythm. What could be the cause of this?

I can view my workout results, but I can’t find where or how to view the 24 hour recording. Please help.
