I was diagnosed with AFIB but no longer feel I am in AFIB. But, my Fourth Frontier never registers 100% normal during activity, always 97.8% or 98.2% etc etc… question is, must it register 100% to not be in AFIB?

Looking for thing i can do to increase my able to walk further i am 478 pounds was 503 working on getting it down but need ways to push myself without failing because getting up without injuries is a problem

If you have access to a pool, you can do pool walking. That takes the strain off of your joints and limbs and still allows movement. Another option might be a pedal machine that you can use while seated. Something like this https://www.academy.com/p/marcy-cardio-ns-909-mini-cycle-machine

This may sound strange but its true: the only way toose weight is to breath out the carbon that used to be fat as carbon dioxide. If you’re on a PC you can use the snipping tool to capture it and save it. Then use the paperclip in the post tool to find and attach your EKG. I just did this with one of mine to ensure it all works.
