I’m getting a message that the devices memory is being erased after every recorded activity… ? Insight?

The data from the device is erased after it is successfully synced so that more recordings can be stored.
You can also email us on support@fourthfrontier.com-
Does this mean that the data is recorded on the device itself? As in no need to take your phone with you when recording, just for starting and stopping? How would that work with the ECG broadcasting?

Hi Christopher, you can start and stop the activity using only your phone. Simply double press the button on the device to start or stop recording.
Once the device is connected to your phone, it will automatically sync the data. This means you don’t need to carry your phone with you during the recording; just use it for starting and stopping the activity.
