feeling ConfusedI have just done my first sleep over night and I have 18.1% other rhythm and 35-89BPM, should I be concerned? I do have a slow heart whilst sleeping and get lots of low heart rate notifications from my iwatch but I think this is normal for me.

The ‘% other’ is not a particularly useful number , in my opinion, it is simply saying that , in your case , 18.2% of the 20 second sections of the recording had some form of ectopic beat. Hi, I’m new to this monitor and trying to get my head around how to use the data for analysis. I seem to get a small percentage of the ecg which is classed as other rhythm. 1. Is the other rhythm everts marked on the ECG as O? 2. If this is the case how can you easily see the ecg trace in these regions?

This is a question for an electrophysiologist or maybe a cardiologist. I find the ‘%other’ a particularly useless statistic for anything other than very long term ‘directional’ information. It is not the same as the % of your heart beats that are ‘ectopic’ .
