I am a new Frontier user. While I appreciate the ECG reports after my workouts, they are strips of 10 and 20 seconds. What do they represent? Is it possible to see the ECG during the most demanding part of my workouts?

It was suggested that in cold weather, anti-static spray could improve the signal quality. There are various types of anti-static sprays, which are being suggested? (Industrial, clothing, electronic…etc.)

I cycle at altitude in low humidity on a regular basis and had serious issues with signal quality – particularly when going downhill at high speeds. I have largely solved the problem by using a combination of Spectra 360 Electrode Gel and industrial anti-static spray called ACL Staticide 2003 – both inexpensive on Amazon.
