As a 73 year old male , spinning for 19 years , with a double bypass and nine cardiac stents ( symptom free) are my effort and strain metrics the same as a 25 year old ? I am sucking at 150 BPM but the strain measurement barely budges. Comments ?

I am a new Frontier user. While I appreciate the ECG reports after my workouts, they are strips of 10 and 20 seconds. What do they represent? Is it possible to see the ECG during the most demanding part of my workouts?

Yes, if you click on periods of the graphs below, it will present the ecg of the 20s around that point. You can also drag the cursor on either axis to zoom to that region.
