  • I see we have a new HRV figure on the app which.is great however I’m not sure what this headline figure represents. Is it max/min or average?
I”m wondering if I can use this figure as a trend guide to my fitness over time or whether that would be too simplistic?

    • Where do you see HRV on the App? I see HRV on the webpage graphs, but not the phone app.

  • I just ordered the FrontierX This is the way of the future. In 10 years you will be able to monitor your heart 24/7 (and other vitals) with a simple(r) attachment. We are really just in the beginning of health self-monitoring. I think it is phenomenal!

    • yes. probably. If you have an implanted Medtronics loop recorder, there should be a way that the consumer/patient can see their tracings in real time. But that feature is not part of their software. But it would seem to be an easy software upgrade. Or a hack that would allow it.

  • Crazy question….how do you turn the strap monitor off??

  • I have a B type WPW pattern and my ECG does look peculiar. I say pattern as I am asymptomatic and my accessory pathway has been checked and is safe. I did go for an ablation but it was too close to the bundle of his and the risk of damaging it was too high considering I was basically asymptomatic. Anyway, the software isn’t smart enough to…Read More
