I see we have a new HRV figure on the app which.is great however I’m not sure what this headline figure represents. Is it max/min or average?
I”m wondering if I can use this figure as a trend guide to my fitness over time or whether that would be too simplistic?-

I just ordered the FrontierX This is the way of the future. In 10 years you will be able to monitor your heart 24/7 (and other vitals) with a simple(r) attachment. We are really just in the beginning of health self-monitoring. I think it is phenomenal!

I have a B type WPW pattern and my ECG does look peculiar. I say pattern as I am asymptomatic and my accessory pathway has been checked and is safe. I did go for an ablation but it was too close to the bundle of his and the risk of damaging it was too high considering I was basically asymptomatic.
