Hi
I’m about to start my first training session using Frontier X. I connected the device to Zwift which worked out well (it says ‘connected’), but there’s no information data transmitted (Zwift says ‘no signal’ and heart rate shown is 0, see attached screenshot).
What could be the problem?Regards Matthias

Hi, After the successful connection , you can double press the red button on the Frontier X. This will start the recording and HR data will be sent and will eventually be displayed on the connected third party device ( in your case the Zwift ). Hope this helps ! 🙂

Help me understand what you are looking for when you are monitoring cardiac strain. I have episodes of A Fib. Will your cardiac strain scale detect this? Before the event or during the event?
