Does the ecg actively monitor and alert if it detect abnormal heart measurements while not recording an event?

Question about ECG – Will the ECG data be captured when I click on Start Activity ? I would like to see / share my ECG data after/during exercise. I can see only option as (share link). My requirement is to capture the ECG data by default whenever I exercise and review the data later.

Yes! Your ECG data will be captured if you are wearing your Frontier X and you click on Start Activity. Once you Sync your data, you can view your ECG on the web application at https://app.fourthfrontier.com .

What about from a Garmin watch? Can I upload and analyse the monitor data after completing the Garmin watch activity?

Yes, the ECG data will be captured even while its paired to the Garmin watch. Just make sure to start the activity on the Frontier X by a double press on the red button.
