Newbie question. I just recorded my first workout. A high intensity bike ride. Cardio strain registered -0.02 overall and was basically zero the whole time. Is that normal when working hard? Or do you reach levels like .15 or .2 only when on the brink of exhaustion? Otherwise, the ECG and pulse readings seemed fine…

Does anyone know if the monitor is the same as a V1 lead and is it normal to have some downward spikes. If not V2 google says it could be enlarged ventricle or ischemia.

I had no heart problems until I got the antibodies bamlam something. Since then my pulse jumps high when standing up or moving around. Then drops into the 50s when laying down. Wish I didn’t get those fn antibodies.

I’m in the same boat. My heart started to do funny things only a couple months before Covid jabs were a thing. Correlation is not causation.
