Do I have to carry my phone when I run with Frontier in order for it to collect data, or does the unit store the data and sync with ap later?

Hello, The unit can store data and sync with the app later on. It is not mandatory to carry the phone while you run 🙂 Only f you wish to capture GPS data, you need to carry the phone and connect the device to the Frontier X Mobile App.

Hello everyone, I want to track my heart rate after getting the vaccine. Is it best to do this as an “other” activity? Or by running the ECG mode? Also what is the difference between these two options? Does the normal way of starting an activity not track ECG? Sorry if my question isn’t clear!
