I had no heart problems until I got the antibodies bamlam something. Since then my pulse jumps high when standing up or moving around. Then drops into the 50s when laying down. Wish I didn’t get those fn antibodies.

What does the 0 in square box marked on the HR graph mean? I have like a dozen or more of these during some of runs.

Using my Frontier X with Zwift on a PC connecting using bluetooth. First time it worked perfectly, but second time (today) although the device was connected on the pairing screen, recording (red flashing LED) and signal strength was good in Zwift, no HR data was seen by Zwift. Hi, Once the pairing is successful and the Frontier X is connected, start a recording on the Frontier X by double pressing the red button. The HR data will start to reflect. If you need further assistance, you can write to support@fourthfrontier.com

Have you been asked you doctor if you might have POTS? POTS is a an autonomic dysfunction that gives you a high pulse when standing and normal pulse when laying down. I have this after covid. No heart issues, just a high pulse. Not dangerous, just uncomfortable 🙂
