  • I received my Frontier X a couple days ago. So far only used it in bed! However, this is not the ECG I was expecting to see after watching some YouTube videos on understanding ECGs.

    Does this look normal.

  • Do you need to have a smart watch (apple watch etc) or your phone on you when you’re exercising for the ecg to record? I haven’t got an appropriate watch and want to record ecg when playing football so obviously can’t carry phone around!! Advice appreciated

    • Hi Rob, You do not have to carry a smart watch or phone for the ECG to record. You can just wear the device and start a recording by double pressing the red button, and stop it with a second double press at the end of the workout/game.   • Any suggestions for skin irritation fron wearing the device for more than a half day?

    • Yes, I live in Texas heat, and have trouble with heat rash which can turn into fungus or worse case staph infection. I can use a 1% or 2% Clotimazole cream without a prescription that prevents infection.

  • What does it mean to be getting varying training loads on near identical workouts. For eg, everyday I walk my dog a set 2.6km evening walk before bed. I do this in about 24 minutes.
