  • How do I get feedback on my ecg during exercise? Just want to make sure I don’t have any abnormalities or heart rhythm issues at higher exercise intensities. I have had ecgs at rest at hospital and this has came back normal but want to make sure there are no issues when I am at higher heart rates.

  • Is there anything in the dev queue to have the step-cadence metrics replaced by straight cadence for cycle workouts? Looking at my metrics it may be as simple as halving the step measure to get a more useful cadence.

  • Just started using FF, I was wondering if any one knows if its possible change the sampling rate of the device. Seems to take about 20 seconds to sync to cell phone and also remote. Thanks much.

    • Current sampling rate is 125 samples/second. The data is populated at 20 second intervals to allow for the measurement of all the metrics (including Breathing Rate , Cardiac Strain etc.) at a higher accuracy.
