To generate this metric, the device needs data from Rest or Sleep activities, since the readiness score is calculated based on those recovery signals. If you haven’t recorded those yet, try starting a Rest or Sleep session from the app.
Also, the score usually appears after the system has a few activities to analyze. Once you complete around 2–3 rest or sleep activities, the readiness score should begin showing up in the app.
