If I understand you correctly, the block has an “O” , not a zero, and it is showing where in the ECG your ‘Other’ rhythms occurred. In my case there are usually quite a few of these, spread across the session.

Please elaborate further, If you are referring to Alerts, you can set a single buzz or double buzz alarm to notify you if your heart rate goes above or below the limit that you choose.
