How do we know how to interpret the ecg? Is there an app for that? I have very limited access to a doctor.

    • You’ll have to put in the leg work learning how to read telemetries and identify different morphologies. P waves, QRS complex, T waves, ST segments, RR intervals

    • I agree. FF needs to build into this app the ability to read and diagnose the EKG, otherwise it’s just a bunch of waves even if we do teach ourselves the basics. It’s extremely time consuming expecting the customer to learn EKG results when even medical doctors struggle and tell us to ask a cardiologist. I bought this 18 months ago and really wish they’d implement this reading ability as other devices in this price range interpret all the data. If they did this, I’d recommend others buy one, but right now I wouldn’t.

      • Hi Peter,
Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. We regret to hear that our product fell short of your expectations. We understand your concern and appreciate your perspective. At Fourth Frontier, we always strive to deliver the best possible experience to our customers and their insights play a crucial role in that process.

We want to clarify that our device is designed to be a complement to medical professionals and not a replacement. The intricate nature of ECG data and the skills required to interpret it is the reason we strongly encourage consulting with a cardiac specialist for detailed analysis.

However, we understand that you seek more accessible insights from our device. For that reason, we’ve included an array of other features that provide actionable, easy-to-understand health insights similar to the heart rate zones. These features help you track and understand your heart health in a simpler way, while still providing valuable health metrics and ECG Data that can be shared with your healthcare provider.

We deeply value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continually work to improve and expand our offerings. It’s our hope that we can provide a product that not only meets your needs, but also empowers you in your heart health journey.

Thank you again for your input, and please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns.

        • I agree with the community manager. The path to creating diagnostics is steeped in regulatory approvals that differ in different jurisdictions around the world.
