I am a recreational marathoner, aged 54.
Used Frontier X today during cycling, after a long time. It has been about 10.5 months since HA and my training for marathons is about 85% back to where it used to be pre HA. Raced for 2 hours in a hot and humid afternoon slot, in a 12 hours relay run event at Stadium Run on 29th Aug. It felt normal to run with full effort for 2 hours. I just had my 1st trail run on a tough terrain wit about 550 m elevation, last Sunday.
The forthcoming seminar on 29th Sep on “How & where to draw line” and seems interesting!
