    I’ve noted that I have some
    high QTC readings. They are shown on the associated graph with an O. I wore my device overnight whilst sleeping and noted my average QTC to be 442ms. The peak value was 511ms.

  • Has anyone else noticed a drop in their maximum heart rate after being infected by COVID 19?

    • Good question. I might be down by about 4 or 5 bpm though I think that may be due a difference in my training post Covid. My heart rate was higher than normal at comparable power outputs for the first few months and I tapered down slightly on training as a result.

      • Thanks Amo. It’s a strange one. My threshold HR is similar but 4 or 5 beats down. My max HR is down by 10 beats or so. I’m basically unable to achieve the same power output (rowing) I was able at the beginning of 2020. I’m guessing my cardiac output is reduced, but I’m no expert.
