Hello, during runs (especially above 130-140bpm) I see high QTc values (>500ms) which is at the “Risk” region. Does “Risk” means that it it something that needs to be checked, or it is a normal calculation margin of error on high pulses? I dont know if anyone else see similar patterns.

    • Not sure what happened to my earlier comment. Prolonged QTc needs checking out. Significance depends on history, symptoms and other ECG findings.

    • You could be a carrier for Long QT. Your QT interval might not shorten during elevated HR activities. You might be asymptomatic but definitely worth checking with a specialist clinic to check for genotype mutations that cause this. There is a potential risk of arrhythmia.
