Noticing some pretty frequent abnormalities when I’m working pretty hard. In general, I’m a healthy, competitive cyclist who works out 2+ hours per day. These graphs are mildly concerning to me. My max HR is around 208 at this point in my fitness with a resting HR of around 42. I do have an appointment with a cardiologist soon, but am interested in opinions.
