Will the x2 flag up other heart rhythms such as atrial flutter (AFl) where HR is normal but the atrium is contracting more rapidly eg 2,3,4 or 5 atrial contractions for every left ventricle contraction ?

I suspect that the x2 picks up AFl, as the following shows ie what looks like the atrium beating approx 4 times for each ventricular beat ie
