    After work outs, when I view the graphs for analysis, I always notice a faded grey ish vertical line on the graph and I don’t know what that means? Is this just me or do anyone else see the line?

    By the way, I love the analysis and the details I get from the device. It’s been very helpful to help me train better. Also the shocks alert is brilliant to alert me when my heart exceeds 180 during work outs. 😎

    • It’s possible that the data quality of your workouts is poor due to wearing the device incorrectly, or not wetting the strap of the Frontier X2. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.       If you don’t have time to watch the video, here is a quick summary of the tips that would help to ensure that you have great data quality during your next workout with the Frontier X:

      1. Make sure the Frontier X2 is snapped securely onto the strap and does not make any sound or feel loose when you shake the strap.

      2. Please wet the shiny sensors on the skin-facing side of the strap under a tap.

      3. Wear the strap around your chest, while making sure that it is as tight as possible, without feeling uncomfortable.

      4. Test the signal quality before you start your workout, by live-streaming the ECG on our mobile application. The ECG should look something like this: http://bit.ly/4fECGpreview​

      5. Once you have verified the signal quality, start your recording from the app, or by double-clicking the button on the Frontier X2.

      • Arm movement & polyester clothing that creates static, causes untidy (noisy) ECG

        • Thanks Mark! I’ve been having some issues with noise at the start of my work out. Part way through … everything is fine. I’m betting that as I start to sweat the static generated from my by shirt and fleece decreases. Time to experiment.
