I seem to have lost a night’s recording. Opened app, connected. It was retrieving data until it said it had failed to sync, but the synced button continued to load until 100% but my data wasn’t added as an event. It then automatically deleted any data on the monitor 🤔

    • Whenever it fails to download completely, such that for instance I can’t see the ECG, I’ve learned to use the following procedure: I’m assuming you’re now at a point where you’re not recording an ecg currently. first click on the top right button that says disconnect so your app is disconnected from your monitor. next in your app, open the settings gear that’s located in the lower right corner and scroll through the menu to select log out. then terminate your app so it is no longer running. while you’re in this mode hold down the button on the sensor for about 10 seconds to force it to reboot. finally restart the app login and connect to your sensor. a short while after you’ll actually get to see your ECG properly downloaded. hope that helps.
