I seem to have lost a night’s recording. Opened app, connected. It was retrieving data until it said it had failed to sync, but the synced button continued to load until 100% but my data wasn’t added as an event. It then automatically deleted any data on the monitor 🤔

I’m completing activities but the stop button doesn’t seem to work. Only started using yesterday. I’m hoping not to lose data by holding the blue button until it does a thing but this seems to be the only way to make the activity end before I’m then able to synch it. Is this a common issue?
