My home country is Scotland, north east of Edinburgh.

I have now worked for Club La Santa in Lanzarote for ten Years.

I am a 59 year old Veteran athlete.

In my younger days I played football at a semi Professional basis.

Cycled at a high level in my 30's for a Scottish team called Fife Cycling 2000.

Competed in the West Highland Way endurance run race for three years, dedicated to only run training, 95 miles off road with 11,000 feet of ascent and descend.

Triathlon is my main sport with over 10 Ironman's and 50+ half ironman's all at age group category with top 5 finishes in all.
