Can we manually set alerts based upon our own age and health condition?

    • You get to set 2 alerts manually, you can choose between heart rate, breathing rate and cardiac strain. One will vibrate once the other will double vibrate. I personally choose heart rate and cardiac strain.. regarding your age and health condition that’s a conversation best had with your cardiologist.. has your cardiologist what your limits should be depending on the activity your doing. For me, I walk and when my heart rate reaches 140 beats I want to know, so that I can slow down or rest, but I mark the distance, over time I was able to build more endurance and the distance which would set off the alert kept increasing. This allowed me to see my improvement. This also worked with my respiration, alot of the time excercise is more mental than physical.
