I have observed that my cardiac strain is rarely zero, even when at rest. On checking while asleep recently, my strain varied between 0.01 and 0.03. Is this likely to be significant from a cardiovascular perspective?

It is very normal to have a small amount of variation in cardiac strain at rest. Cardiac strain is significant only if the value is greater than 0.1 mV, and the value of Cardiac Strain should be interpreted with context of what you were feeling at the time when the Cardiac Strain was high. So we wanted to ask you- did you have any heart symptoms at the time of the recording, or when you increased your exercise intensity?
