Frontier Heart Seminar Question:
Hi, i have been diagnosed with a congenital cardiac condition. I have run at a fairly high level for >40 yrs and still compete at England master standard in my age group (M55). do you consider the use of frontier x acceptable to allow me to continue to perform at England masters level? I am coached and compete at distances up to marathons with an average weekly mileage of 50/70 miles.
Its inspiring that you continue to compete at the English Master’s Standard! Since you have been diagnosed with Cardiac condition, the most important thing is for you to get clearance to exercise from a cardiologists who is familiar with your medical history.
That being said, the Frontier X is a great tool to capture the ECG during exercise as well as training volume, which may give you insights into whether you are pushing your heart too hard during training.
