I do a roughly 45 minute HIIT class a couple of times a week. I usually start the F2 about 5 minutes before the class starts and then let it keep running sometimes for about an hour after class during cool down. Is that messing up my stats? Should I turn it on as soon as class starts and turn off right when class is over? And maybe start a separate activity for cool down? What is best practice? Thanks!
